§ 31-51. - Responsibility of attendant and licensee.

The licensee, or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker, shall be in charge at all times of keeping the mobile home park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be responsible, with the licensee, for the violation of any provision of this Code to which the licensee is subject.
