§ 31-86. - Compliance.

All new mobile home parks shall fully conform to standards established in this chapter. Existing mobile home parks need not conform unless it is so stated. A change to expand the existing area of a park or the number of spaces within the area of an existing park shall not be permitted unless any such additions conform to the standards herein established.
