§ 32-49. - Interference with parking regulation enforcement employee.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or obstruct any employee of a parking regulation enforcement section while said employee is engaged in the discharge of the employee's duties. (b) Any person violating the provisions of Subsection (a) shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a Class "a" offense.
