§ 38-100. - Swimming.

No individual shall be allowed to swim, bath, or wade in any park except in City-operated municipal swimming pools or unless specifically authorized by special permit approved by the City Council; provided however this shall not prohibit individuals from using a fisherman's float on or in the waters of City-operated reservations and Dolese Youth Park.
