§ 38-149. - Offensive conduct.

The use or drinking of intoxicating beverages, drunkenness, gambling or engaging in disorderly, unchaste or lewd conduct, making, aiding or assisting in making any disorderly noise, riot or breach of the peace by any person shall be unlawful.
