§ 38-151. - Unauthorized vehicles on Lake Hefner Dam.

(a) No person shall drive any vehicle on the earthen area of the Lake Hefner Dam unless authorized to do so by the City. (b) Any person violating Subsection (a) shall be guilty of a Class "a" offense against the City. (c) Every act of driving a vehicle in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
