§ 38-232. - Prohibited areas.

(a) Water skiing, culture pond and spawning areas. No boating, other than that incident to water skiing activities, shall be permitted in the properly marked and buoyed water skiing areas, or upon any culture pond or spawning area now established upon the Stanley Draper Lake Reservation. (b) Intake tower area. No boating shall be permitted within 500 feet of any intake tower at Lake Hefner and Lake Stanley Draper Reservation or within 100 feet of the intake tower at Lake Overholser Reservation.
