§ 38-323. - Dogs.

No person shall permit any dog owned, possessed, or harbored by him to swim, bathe, or wade in any of the water of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation, except that which is incidental to the retrieval of water fowl incidental to permitted shooting of water fowl.
