§ 38-802. - Penalty.

Individuals within the secured perimeter in possession of a prohibited item, described in this Article, may be removed from Scissortail Park, and denied reentry. Violation of this Article shall be considered Class "a" offense and prohibited personal items may be confiscated and destroyed.
