§ 4-12. - Penalty.

Any person owning, operating or controlling a source of air contaminants which violates this chapter shall be guilty of a Class "b" offense and fined $200.00, excluding costs or imprisoned for ten days imprisonment or shall be punished by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of any such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
