§ 4-69. - Table 4, hot asphalt mix plants.

(a) The following table, which shall be known as "Table 4," and may be cited as such, shall be applicable to the provisions of this chapter as specified in this chapter: HOT ASPHALT MIX PLANTS TABLE 4 aggregate process weight per hour (pounds) | particulate matter emission rate per hour (pounds) 10,000 | 10 20,000 | 16 30,000 | 22 40,000 | 28 50,000 | 31 100,000 | 33 200,000 | 37 300,000 | 40 400,000 | 43 500,000 | 47 600,000 | 50 (b) For a process weight between any two consecutive process weights stated in this table, the emission limitation shall be determined by interpolation.
