§ 40-2. - Job training and education division.

(a) The job training and education division is established within the Human Resources Department. (b) The job training and education division shall be responsible for preparing applications for administering programs, and monitoring and reporting on grant funds which are awarded to the City and which provide education and training programs for low-income and unemployed persons.
