§ 46-14. - Elevation of stored materials to prevent rat harborage.

In order to prevent the harborage of rats, no person shall permit an accumulation of lumber, boxes, bricks, and similar material on any premises, open lot or street unless such materials are evenly stacked or piled on open racks elevated not less than 18 inches above the ground.
