§ 49-110. - Term and transfer.

(a) The inspection fee paid as required by the provisions of this part by the vehicle owner for the original identification decal shall be a one-time charge without requirement for subsequent renewal, but shall not follow the vehicle if transferred to another owner. (b) Interchange of any such decal from one vehicle to another is prohibited and a violation shall constitute cause for a forfeiture of the decal.
