§ 50-126. - Definition.

As used in this article the term "sidewalk contractor" shall mean any person who engages in the business of constructing or repairing: (1) any driveway located on any part of a street, parking lot or other public property; or (2) a setback of the curb along any public street; or (3) any sidewalk.
