§ 50-2. - Regulations.

The City Manager or the Director may prescribe procedures and technical specifications not in conflict with this Code, as may be found necessary to maintain a proper condition or repairs to the pavement on any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, street and alley crossings, and other public grounds.
