§ 50-243. - Flagstaff specifications.

No flagstaff shall be erected upon City streets unless it shall be: (1) cylindrical, straight and made of wood or metal; (2) no less than 12 feet in length; (3) finished in clear or blue lacquer similar to the blue in the American flag; (4) capped on the top with a two-inch-diameter ball; (5) set or erected in the manner as set forth in Section 50-242.
