§ 50-37. - Obstruction of fire hydrants.

Free and unobstructed access to all fire hydrants and water valves shall be maintained at all times. No material of any kind whatsoever shall be placed within ten feet of any fire hydrant, nor more excavations made than absolutely necessary.
