§ 57-71. - Required.

(a) No person shall drill a water well without a permit issued by the City. (b) Any person desiring to use the water derived from any well for any use other than to benefit the land upon which the well is located or for domestic or industrial purposes thereon shall, before commencing to make any other use of the water, obtain a permit from the City Council.
