§ 60-16-4. - Floodplain activity permit fee.

Floodplain activity permit fee (per permit) .....$100.00 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent shall be added to the cost set forth in this Section 60-16-4 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
