Appeal from administrative decision .....$100.00 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fee shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-20-23 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
