§ 60-3. - Code references.
(a) Effective with the adoption of this chapter, whenever a fee is to be authorized and the fee amount to be placed in the General Schedule of Fees, the wording in the Code shall be, "The amount of such fee (or fees) shall be as established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees." (b) Wherever the Code presently provides that the amount of a fee shall be as provided by separate or independent ordinance, such reference shall henceforth be read as referring to the fee amounts provided in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.
