§ 9-52. - Night auctions prohibited.

No person shall sell, dispose of, or offer to sell at any auction any jewelry, on any days from April 1, until September 30, both inclusive, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., or from October 1, until March 31, both inclusive, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
