§ 10-2701. Definitions.

(1) Impermissible camping. When done in violation of any provision of the Code, the use of any property for temporary or permanent outdoor living accommodation purposes, including: sleeping or making preparations to sleep; laying down or using for the purpose of sleeping any tent, tarpaulin, lean-to, sleeping bag, bedroll, mattress, blankets, or any form of cover or protection from the elements other than clothing; storing personal belongings; or making any fire. (2) Reporting term. The two (2) year period beginning May 1, 2024, and ending June 31, 2026.
