§ 13-805. Confidential Information.

(1) The claim, any testimony given in support of or against the claim and the determination of the claim shall not be admissible in evidence in any judicial proceedings instituted by claimant to collect damages resulting from breakage of the water or sewer system, nor shall any award constitute an admission of liability on the part of the City.
