§ 20-102. Oaths of Office.

(1) All persons elected or appointed to or employed in any City office shall, before entering upon the duties of their office or employment, take the following oath of office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth and the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter and that I will discharge the duties of _______________ with fidelity."
