§ 6-501. Property Records.

The Procurement Department shall compile and maintain current and comprehensive records, by officers, departments, boards and commissions of the City and other governmental agencies, of all real and personal property of the City. Such records shall show the cost, serial numbers, location, and such other information as the Director of Finance shall from time to time direct. ANNOTATION Sources: No specific source.
