SECTION 6101 GENERAL

Delete Section 6101.2 and replace as follows: F-6101.2 Permits. Permits shall be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry in accordance with the Pennsylvania Propane and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act of 2002. Delete Section 6101.3 and replace as follows: F-6101.3 Construction documents. Construction documents and a site plan shall be submitted to the fire department for all temporary or permanent installations of LP-gas in accordance with Section F-6104.2.
