Sec. 6-28-28. - Service standards.

A. Grantee shall maintain and operate its communications system and business in an efficient manner and shall provide adequate, efficient and reasonable service to its customers in the city. Once it commences operation, grantee's system shall provide continuous and uninterrupted service throughout the term of the franchise, unless prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond the control of grantee. B. Grantee shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including those adopted by the TRA or any successor agency or commission. C. Grantee shall not practice unjust discrimination regarding rates and services between individual customers or classes of customers.
