Sec. 6-72-3. - Classification.

Sexually oriented businesses are classified as follows: A. Adult arcades; B. Adult bookstores or adult video stores; C. Adult cabarets; D. Adult motels; E. Adult motion picture theaters; F. Adult telecommunications businesses, but only for purposes of sections 6-72-4(D), 6-72-8, 6-72-9, 6-72-16 and 6-72-17; G. Adult theaters; H. Escort agencies; I. Nude model studios; and J. Sexual encounter centers.
