§ 10-1-19 - TRUST FUND RECORD BOOK.

The cemetery administrator shall keep a permanent, bound record book for each deposit made to the Perpetual Care Trust Fund, including: (1) the name of each depositor in alphabetical order; (2) the amount and purpose of the deposit; (3) the name and location of the cemetery lot or grave subject to the trust; (4) the condition and status of the trust imposed; and (5) other information that the administrator requires.
