§ 10-7-22 - INSPECTIONS.

(A) The health authority may inspect a public swimming pool at any reasonable time. (B) If access to a public swimming pool is restricted by a locking mechanism, the operator shall provide the health authority with a key, access card, lock combination, or other means to unlock and enter the pool area.
