§ 14-2-37 - LICENSE FORM.

A license issued under this chapter shall include: (1) the name of the licensee; (2) the date of issuance; (3) the market for which the license is issued; (4) a list of the merchandise authorized to be sold; and (5) if applicable, a statement that the licensee is exempt from the license fee under Section 14-2-32 (Exemption from License Fee). ;hn0;Source: 1992 Code Section 15-4-1(H); Ord. 031204-12; Ord. 031211-11.
