§ 15-9-275 - DEDICATION OF METERING FACILITIES.

(A) On the request of the director, the customer shall dedicate to the City the wastewater meter or data logging, telemetry, or other equipment required under this article. The customer may not charge the City for the meter or equipment. (B) Unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing, the City shall arrange and pay for monthly electric and telephone service for equipment dedicated to the City.
