§ 25-6-442 - ACCESS STANDARDS.

(A) A lot must be reasonably accessible by vehicle from a roadway to a building site. (B) A driveway grade may not exceed 14 percent unless: (1) the portion of the grade that exceeds 14 percent is a travel distance of at least 25 feet from the nearest right-of-way boundary; and (2) the Watershed Protection and Development Review Department has approved the surface and geometric design proposals.
