§ 4-3-2 - RESTRICTION ON NOISE.

A person may not operate, or to permit to be operated, an amusement park device which alone or together with another amusement park device causes or emits a noise offensive to a person of normal sensibilities who resides or conducts business on property adjacent to or near the property on which the amusement park device is operated. The restrictions on sound levels prescribed in Chapter 9-2 (Noise and Amplified Sound) apply to noise created at an amusement park.
