§ 5-1-72 - ANSWER.

(A) Not later than the 10th day after receipt of the notice and copy under Subsection (F) of Section 5-1-71 (Complaint), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint. (B) An answer must be: (1) in writing; (2) under oath; and (3) in the form prescribed by the Office of Civil Rights. (C) An answer may be amended at any time. (D) A respondent's refusal or failure to file an answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint.
