§ 6-1-11 - RELEASE OF REFRIGERANTS.

(A) A person may not knowingly or intentionally release or cause to be released a refrigerant from a refrigeration system unless the major portion of the system refrigerant has been recovered. (B) A person may not knowingly or intentionally charge a refrigeration system: (1) unless the system has been tested for leaks within the previous three years; and (2) if a system test indicated a leak, the leak has been repaired.
