§ 8-1-19 - PENALTY DURING A SPECIAL EVENT.

(A) A person commits a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and not less than $200 if, during a special event, the person fails to comply with: (1) Section 8-1-12 (Approval to Use Public Recreation Area Required); or (2) Section 8-1-14 (Approval for Commercial Activity). (B) A culpable mental state is not required and need not be proved for an offense punishable under this section.
