§ 9-5-23 - RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING.

(A) A person who sells aerosol paint or glue to another person shall record the name, address, sex, and age of the purchaser. (B) A person who sells aerosol paint or glue may report information obtained under this section to a law enforcement authority if the seller has reason to believe that the purchaser intends to use the aerosol paint or glue to become intoxicated, dizzy, imbalanced, or unconscious.
