SEC. 49-45. RIGHT OF ENTRY OF FEDERAL, STATE, AND CITY EMPLOYEES.

The following officials, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to gain access to properties as may be necessary for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing in accordance with the provisions of this article: (1) Authorized representatives of the EPA and TCEQ.
