SEC. 5-22. GENERAL AUTHORITY FOR REGULATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

(a) The director, through the Transportation Regulation Division, shall implement and enforce this article and may promulgate and enforce written rules and regulations consistent with this article governing the operation of transportation services at the airport as necessary to provide for the orderly, efficient, and convenient flow of traffic, to protect the public health and safety, and to manage the transportation system at the airport. (b) The director, through the Transportation Regulation Division, may issue lawful orders and set and modify rules as necessary and consistent with this article. (Ord. Nos. 8213; 14384; 24859; 31690)
