SEC. 50-83. SIGNS; DISPLAY; ISSUANCE.

(a) All vehicles used by a retail dealer in the business of selling fuel wood, shall have posted on the door to the driver’s side, in a form and size prescribed by the director, the retail dealer’s wood vendor’s license number. (b) Upon issuance of a license, the director shall furnish one magnetic sign each retail dealer. (Ord. 13795)
