18.02.112.1 - Discarded building materials and construction site waste.

Construction site waste must be properly managed and disposed to ensure worker safety, public health and welfare, as well as to reduce risks of injury, pollution, environmental contamination, and ensure storm water protection. Practices such as trash disposal, proper material handling, and spill prevention and clean up measures must be implemented in accordance with El Paso City Code, Title 9 (Health and Safety), Chapter 9.04 (Solid Waste Management) and Texas Administrative Code, Title 30, Chapters 327, 330, and 335.
