2.84.010 - Created.

There is created an accessibility grievance committee to provide prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging unlawful discrimination by the city on the basis of handicap, under local ordinances, or accessibility issues under federal laws, including Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (July 26, 1990, P.L. 101-336, § 2, 104 Stat. 327, 42 U.S.C.S. 12101) and federal regulations thereto.
