20.02.1118 - Tree, project.
"Project tree" means a deciduous or evergreen tree having a minimum of two inches cal. ten feet in height, which is capable of obtaining a minimum canopy spread of twenty feet at maturity that is required based on calculations determined by the provisions of this chapter. Branching structure shall be maintained at a minimum height of seven feet above the sidewalk area ground, three feet from the trunk. Such trees shall be healthy and vigorous at time of planting.
