§ 12.5-404 NUISANCE.

A discharge of any pollutant into or adjacent to water in violation of the Act, regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act, or a permit issued pursuant to the Act is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 16259, § 1, passed 1-11-2005)
