§ 12.5-502 DRINKING WATER FACILITY STANDARDS.

The physical condition of any plant furnishing water to the public for human consumption in the city shall meet all drinking water standard requirements set by the United States Public Health Service, the EPA and the commission. (Ord. 12274, § 1, passed 11-28-1995)
