§ 16-171 GENERALLY.

All pushcarts operating within the corporate city limits of the City of Fort Worth shall comply with the applicable requirements of this division. The regulatory health agency may impose additional requirements to protect against health hazards related to the pushcart operation, may prohibit the sale of some or all TCS food, and when no health hazard will result, may waive or modify requirements of this division relating to physical facilities or operations.
