§ 16-312 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN CASE OF PUBLIC EPIDEMIC.

In case of any public epidemic, the director of the department of public health shall employ any sanitary measure deemed necessary by him or her for the control of such epidemic and to prevent its spread. (1964 Code, § 19-403)
